Get StartedBPC/TB-500 combines two of the most studied tissue repair peptides in a single vial. BPC-157 targets the injury site directly, growing new blood vessels and driving collagen production. TB-500 works body-wide, reducing systemic inflammation and promoting cell migration. Together they cover both local and whole-body recovery pathways.
BPC/TB-500 may support accelerated healing of tendons, ligaments, and muscles; reduced inflammation both locally and body-wide; improved joint mobility; faster post-surgical recovery; and gut healing. All benefits are based on published research and individual results may vary.
BPC/TB-500 is administered as a simple subcutaneous injection. Typical dosing includes one injection per day on a provider-determined schedule. PeRx ships it fully reconstituted and ready to use. No mixing required. Insulin syringes and a step-by-step guide are included.

Two repair pathways. One vial. No compromises.
BPC-157 and TB-500 are the two most studied peptides for tissue repair, and they work through completely different mechanisms. BPC-157 targets the injury directly, growing new blood vessels and driving collagen right where you need it.
TB-500 works body-wide, reducing systemic inflammation and promoting flexibility everywhere. Together in a single vial, they cover both local repair and whole-body recovery. If you've got multiple injuries, are recovering from surgery, or want the most complete recovery protocol available, this is it.

Why do people explore BPC/TB-500 therapy?

May accelerate healing of tendons and ligaments through dual-action repair: BPC-157 at the injury, TB-500 body-wide.

May reduce recovery time after intense training or surgery by combining targeted collagen production with systemic inflammation control.

May improve range of motion and flexibility. TB-500 promotes cell migration throughout connective tissue while BPC-157 repairs specific damage.

May speed post-surgical recovery by addressing both the wound site and the body-wide inflammatory response simultaneously.

May support gut healing alongside musculoskeletal repair. BPC-157 is derived from gastric juice and has a natural affinity for GI tissue.

What to Expect: Your BPC/TB-500 Timeline
Every body is different, but here's the typical progression.
What you may notice:
Pain and stiffness start to decrease. Swelling goes down. If you have gut issues, bloating eases. Sleep may improve as systemic inflammation drops.
What's happening:
BPC-157 is building new blood vessels at the injury. TB-500 is calming systemic inflammation body-wide.
What you may notice:
Real mobility improvement. Recovery from workouts is noticeably faster. Range of motion opens up. Gut symptoms continue improving.
What's happening:
Both peptides are driving tissue repair through complementary pathways. Collagen production is ramping up at the injury site.
What you may notice:
Injured areas feel stable, not just less painful. Activities that caused flare-ups stop bothering you. Flexibility is improving throughout the body.
What's happening:
Repaired tissue is maturing and strengthening. The combination's effects are compounding as local and systemic repair reinforce each other.
What you may notice:
Full return to normal activity. Treated areas often feel stronger than before the injury. Body-wide flexibility is at its best.
What's happening:
Most people finish their protocol or move to maintenance. The injury site is no longer a weak link.

Real experiences. Individual results may vary.
The combo made all the difference
“I tried BPC-157 alone for my torn ACL. It helped, but adding TB-500 was a different level. The swelling went down everywhere, not just at the knee. Back to full training in 8 weeks.”
Chris M.
BPC/TB-500
Post-surgery recovery was remarkably fast
“Had rotator cuff surgery and my surgeon was surprised at how quickly I was recovering. The BPC/TB-500 combo addressed the surgical site and the body-wide inflammation at the same time.”
Amanda R.
BPC/TB-500
Multiple injuries, one solution
“Bad knee, tweaked shoulder, and chronic lower back pain. Trying to address them one at a time was exhausting. The combo approach tackled everything simultaneously. Real improvement within 3 weeks.”
Mark T.
BPC/TB-500
Worth upgrading from standalone BPC
“Was on BPC-157 for gut issues and it was working. Switched to the combo and noticed my joint stiffness cleared up too. The systemic TB-500 component covers things BPC alone misses.”
Jessica L.
BPC/TB-500
The Wolverine Stack lives up to the name
“Sounded like marketing hype but the results are real. Two months in and injuries that bothered me for years are gone. I train harder now than I did in my 30s.”

BPC/TB-500 Injection
BPC/TB-500 combines BPC-157 (Body Protection Compound) and TB-500 (Thymosin Beta-4) in a single vial. BPC-157 is a 15-amino-acid peptide that targets the injury site directly. TB-500 is a naturally occurring 43-amino-acid peptide that works systemically throughout the body. Together they provide both local and whole-body recovery.
The most commonly reported side effects are mild: redness or soreness at the injection site, occasional nausea, and lightheadedness during the first few days. Across published studies, no organ toxicity has been observed for either compound.
BPC/TB-500 is not recommended if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, taking blood thinners, have a history of blood clots, have upcoming surgery, or have active cancer. Always disclose your full medical history during screening.
Most patients notice reduced pain and inflammation within 1-2 weeks. Active tissue repair is typically underway by weeks 2-4, with significant improvement by weeks 4-8. Full recovery protocols usually run 8-12 weeks.
PeRx ships BPC/TB-500 fully reconstituted and ready to use. Store refrigerated at 36-46 degrees F (2-8 degrees C). Do not freeze. Keep the vial upright and away from direct light.
Neither BPC-157 nor TB-500 is FDA-approved for any specific condition. They are available as compounded medications prescribed by licensed providers and prepared at FDA-registered 503A pharmacies.
No. The entire process is done online. Complete a health screening, a licensed provider reviews your profile remotely, and your medication ships directly to your door via FedEx Overnight.
Every order includes a provider evaluation and prescription, pharmacy-grade BPC/TB-500 from an FDA-registered 503A pharmacy, insulin syringes, alcohol swabs, a step-by-step injection guide, and FedEx Overnight shipping.
You can, but the pre-combined vial is more convenient (one injection instead of two), more cost-effective, and ensures the proper ratio. The pharmacy compounds them together at precise concentrations based on clinical protocols.
BPC-157 is currently banned by WADA and is not permitted for competitive athletes subject to WADA testing. If you compete in tested sports, consult with your provider and governing body before use.
