BPC/TB-500 combines BPC-157 (Body Protection Compound) and TB-500 (Thymosin Beta-4) in a single vial. BPC-157 is a 15-amino-acid peptide that targets the injury site directly. TB-500 is a naturally occurring 43-amino-acid peptide that works systemically throughout the body. Together they provide both local and whole-body recovery.
The most commonly reported side effects are mild: redness or soreness at the injection site, occasional nausea, and lightheadedness during the first few days. Across published studies, no organ toxicity has been observed for either compound.
